All Snobal VR experiences are delivered via the cloud, it is therefore important to make sure your headset is connected to the internet. This will ensure you have the most up to date content and so that all your experience interactions are captured. 

Follow the steps below to connect to a wifi network.

Mobile tethering: 
While tethering can be used to access a Snobal XR experience it is is generally not recommended as it can sometimes lead to a degraded experience due to a variety of reasons including service provider network issues. Connecting to a home or office wifi network will help ensure a stable connection is maintained throughout entire experience.

Step 1: Connect to wifi
Select the wifi symbol at the top of the home screen.

Step 2: Choose a network

Step 3: Enter wifi network details

Offline mode

Once you have downloaded the experience once, you will be able to choose to run it again in offline mode next time if your internet connection is unavailable.

If you do this, you will not be running the latest version if updates have been made available in that time and a record of your experience and interactions will not be captured.
