Deleting the cached files via the on-device method deletes all of the files, this will require you to re-pair the device in the ‘devices’ section of Snobal Cloud.

Deleting the cache via the file explorer enables a more targeted approach and will only delete the ‘cache’ folder. This will mean you will not need to re-pair the headset.
